OMMA MED PORTAL

All patients must have agency (access to thier OMMA account). This is part of your medical record. Please login and claim your OMMA account at this link https://oklahoma.gov/omma/omma-medportal.html.

If you have technical issues claiming your account, call the OMMA at 405.522.6662.

Once you have claimed your account, you can prepare an application. You must get a recommendation from an approved doctor before submitting the application.

The OMMA requires patients to be recertified by an Oklahoma physician every two years. Please refer to our FAQs for information on the documentation required by the OMMA. These documents will be uploaded to our booking system when you schedule your appointment. Appointments are done through Zoom or FaceTime. PREPARE & PAY OMMA

The State of Oklahoma (OMMA) charges patients $100 every renewal. Some patients may qualify for a discount with the state. This fee is separate from the doctor's fee. For questions about the fee please see the OMMA website.
